It’s what we are, our life and everything alive that surrounds us. Everything that nature creates for us and everything it gives us for free. Everything that enables us to live and survive. It’s the clean air we breathe, the drinking water, the fertile soil and its produce, the fruits we pick from the trees, the insects that pollinate the flowers, the birds that sing to us, the rustling of the forests, the oceans full of life — all this biotic diversity that surrounds us and feeds us. All this is the only wealth and our greatest treasure.

We, too, are part of this treasure. Unique, like every other being on this planet. Each one of us is invaluable. Unicum of the universe. A treasure that cannot be evaluated with money or weigh by gold.

It’s only when we understand this will we say goodbye from today’s world of “having more” and greet the new world of “being more”. The world enriched with humanity, social justice and ecological responsibility. That’s the world I write about. This is the ecohumanist world — the kind of world I want for me, for you, for our children, for mankind. The world where life is the only wealth.

Free ourselves from everything that’s been burdening us all throughout our history and has finally pushed us to the point where we have to ask ourselves how to go forward. We’ve got to free ourselves from the slavery of egoism and money and finally step down from the throne of supremacy on this planet. We have to rise up to the higher level of civilizational development. This means going away from “ME” and towards “WE” the mankind, “WE” the planetary community.

The ruler in the ecohumanist world is the “WE” society with a very distinctive and responsible sense of “ME”. Each individual enjoys the freedom of personal development which serves for the good of all.

How does the ecohumanist society evaluate the work of an individual? It doesn’t pay with money — it awards him with time that fulfills his life with peace, social stability, clean environment, content and happiness.

Ecohumanist world is something we can build. All we have to do is want it and be prepared to fight for it. Not with weapons but with our minds — away from “ME”, towards “WE”. A decisive battle, the most difficult one we’ve ever faced since we existed, a clash of us with ourselves.

Can we make it? We have to! We will!

Unless we as a civil society wake up from the state of passivity and step onto the path of activity. Take on the streets and send a clear message to our governments and the world:

Leave, if you cannot lead the world on the path of peace and development for the good of people and the environment!
Leave! Let us — the civil society — to build a better world!
Leave! We are tired of wars and violence! We demand peace!
Leave! We no longer want to be the victims of your backstabbing games!
Leave! Enough lies, threats and ignorance!
Leave! We don’t want to see you anymore!
Leave! We demand a better world for us and our children!
Leave!

Don’t try to fix today’s world. It won’t work because we have chosen a wrong way, a wrong destination. Demand a better world for yourself and your children. Demand an ecohumanist world.

Read what I write and you will find out that the ecohumanist world is much closer to you than today’s increasingly more distant and senseless world.

Being quiet, watching from the side while the world is speeding towards chaos brings nothing. Pointing fingers at others but not do anything by yourself brings nothing.
Making constant excuses “I can’t change the world” brings nothing.
Just talking instead of acting brings nothing.
Complaining after something bad has already happened brings nothing.

This is our planet. A common home of us and future generations and the only one we have. If we are incapable to understand this, then we don’t even know why we were created, why we live and why we even exist.

I firmly believe that we were created in order to “be more” and not to “have more”. But what this “being more” means we will never find out if we continue thinking and acting the same way like now — self-destructively.

Let us say NO for that kind of world, and let us say YES for a new and better world. An ecohumanist world, the world of the future.
